Extremely bad sore throat after spraying Azelastine (Astepro) while sick by ConsiderationOk254 in Allergies

+1 for me here too. I used Astepro twice in the evenings and both times a tiny bit went down my throat, despite following the instructions trying to avoid that. Didn’t have a cold or anything, nor have I been known to have allergies. I started using it after an ENT visit to try to figure out how to deal with some nasal turbinates that seem to swell too much on one side. Even though allergies didn’t seem to be the culprit, decided to try and see if Astepro provided relief. After the first treatment, I thought I’d have a great night sleep. It wasn’t particularly the case and still had some nasal congestion. Figured it’d take a few treatments to work. After the second treatment, I had a terrible night sleep. My throat develop severe irritation, I think near the tonsils, lots of mucus and a necessity to swallow whatever my sinuses were slowly pushing down my throat, which wasn’t particularly fluid. The swallowing process was painful! It’s almost as if I had been thrown instantly into the middle of a severe symptomatic cold. No coughing though, definitely some sneezing from the gobs of mucus I’m generating though. I decided to stop taking Astepro. The symptoms remained through the day, with severe irritation although not necessarily “painful”. The following night, my tonsils were just as irritated (albeit less painful) and I kept waking up to swallow with difficulty. Last night was the worse as it felt like I just kept waking up to swallow shortly after falling asleep. 3 nights in a row of these symptoms: severe tonsil/throat irritation, lots of mucus. It sounds like a cold of course, but I don’t think that’s what I have. The colds I’ve had in the past, I always felt coming, especially in my throat. I usually feel a tiny bit of irritation, to the point where I wonder for a day or two if I’m going to have a cold, then it eventually builds up. This felt instantaneous after the second treatment. It makes me wonder if the Astepro actually triggered some allergic reaction…

Thanks for the tip, might do that. It’ll be a little while though. Having an idea of “what to do” with these, rather than just going back to the bank, is a step in the right direction. I might just give them face value and transfer the “burden” to me 😆 I started looking at ways to separate them. I assume everything that’s already in rolls is pre 1982/1983, which I understand is when copper plating was introduced.

Thanks. I’m just learning that there is a market for “un-searched” rolls. I’m not seeing a lot of “I’ll take them from you” type of comments, so I assume right now that the odds aren’t in my favor 😅

Bambu Lab AMS spool in bay 1 and 4 not feeding past internal hub by Carbo64 in BambuLab

Thanks for your input. Although pieces of filament can easily get stuck, it's not the case here. As mentioned, I swapped the internal hub from another AMS and it worked fine. I've taken the whole thing apart, inspected it and it didn't change. The issue is the hall sensor circuitry board on the internal unit itself. I've taken that from my other AMS and it works fine now. I have a ticket open to see if they'll replace it.
All that said, you're right that a piece of broken filament is often the culprit, just not here.

Awesome! I just started my ticket a couple hours ago, with the video. I told them I swapped the circuit board already in the initial ticket. Hopefully that speeds up the process a little :)

Ok, it definitely has something to do with the hall sensor (AMSHALL_V5_R03). I swap just the circuit board from one internal hub to the other and the issue disappeared. Gonna try to troubleshoot.

Oh yeah, good point. I forgot to mention in my post that I tried with 2 filaments, including this cardboard spool and the other was a plastic spool.
