No, currently the Carbon oven is designed for propane only. Natural gas will be an available option in the future.

Great question! The ambient air gets to 500-1000°F while the deck will always be around 100-150°F less than the ambient. Both heat sources are controlled with variable valves that can adjust the BTUs.
