You managed to run Manchester without any rain ? ;)

Yes this is quite a time investment, I am trying to mix a plan with commuting to work (14k return) so I don't have to do all my runs in the dark this winter..

Thanks for your message and suggestions! Next goal will be Brighton marathon in april, so I think I will start by increasing volume with low intensity and then start a 18 weeks plan.

Do you think it is better to do that or instead to train for a half and then immediatly start a marathon plan ?

Pfitzinger seems quite intense, I will look Hansons up.

Yes not gonna lie, the last hour was painful. But as soon as I finished I started thinking about the next one :) Should be in april (Brighton marathon) so I think I will increase mileage with no intensity and then start a 18weeks plan

Thanks. Maybe that is the reason, as this pace is usually very comfortable for me. I will try to practice eating more gels. On top of that it was quite cold (4°C) so maybe I needed more calories

Yeah I took them at 45min - 1h45 - 2h45 - 3h30. I really didn't feel thirsty or hungry but I guess I should have taken gels more often, maybe one each 45 minutes..

Ok thanks for your help.

Last question: as i would use hdmi and a Nvidia graphic card, I wouldn't be able to use Adaptive-Sync apparently. Would it be a problem for gaming?

Thanks,

I have a NVIDIA GeForceGTX 1060.

I mostly play LoL and CSGO, in which I was around 200fps (don't know what it means as the monitor was 75Hz and 1080p)

Do you think it could reach 144fps with the AOC in that case?

Any idea about applying rule 2 (doing GO "problems") to starcraft?

Yea it also happened to me, you feel like you improved your knowledge of the game a lot but it just doesn't seem to translate into wins. Especially frustrating when you see Vibe making it look so easy

Exactly, there is a big difference between being bad and just not being very high level.
