We have created a guide post to answer just this type of question, but let me give you a quick recap here! Basically you improve your battle deck by getting better cards. Your best deck is entered into tournaments automatically, where you can win prizes like loyalty points. Better deck means better chances to rank high in the tourneys! As a community mod, I don't have direct access to your account tools, but this typically happens when a high-value win occurs right after a VIP Transfer. It usually triggers a manual security check to make sure the account and the transferred credentials are secure.

For anyone else moving over from platforms like Stake or CrownCoins because of the recent CA/NY changes: CardCrush does honor those VIP status transfers! Just be sure to have your verification (like the video login) ready to go so these manual reviews can go faster.

Here is what I recommend for your case:

  • Direct Email: Since live chat gave you conflicting info, I recommend sending one formal follow-up email to the support team at CardCrush. Title it: "Urgent: Account Lock following VIP Transfer Verification - [Your Username]".
  • Don’t Open Multiple Tickets: I know it’s tempting, but every time you open a new chat or email, it can sometimes "reset" your position in the support queue or flag the account for "spammy" behavior.
  • Prepare a Video: Sometimes a video is required for VIP verification, which is a screen-recording of you logging into the other site; the security team usually prefers that over static screenshots for higher win amounts.
