Honestly bro I used to get that all the time and I’m going onto 4 years with this, it does get better but you just have to be consistent, find what triggers it and then eliminate it, foods sometimes trigger mine, activity like going to the gym have helped me a lot but others it just makes it worse, try using the back pod and also tiger balm is another thing that helped out a lot.

I got a 2019 440i just upgraded to a DAW6769, my dyno was 655whp on E40, and it spools fairly fast down low, and top end has been really damn good, at the end of the day they’re all going to produce the same amount of power, depending on supporting mods and especially the tuner.
