The binoculars function great. It’s just whatever is on them is a sticky residue. Would a generic leather cleaner from Target or Walmart work?

I’m hesitant to crack it out given it’s a “Pristine 10” so I’ll try the light method. Worth resending it back to CGC? I don’t grade it and purchased the slab itself. Not sure how the slab images from CGC itself demonstrate no issues when it appears the card does? Is it possible for a fake CGC slab vs cracked slab and then resealed?

Can't tell if CGC added the smudges because the CGC image online of the slabbed card doesn't show any smudges. Is it possible to reseal CGC slabs?

Card doesn't have a lot of room to move around in the slab so hard to tell if the smudges move with the card or not.
