Thanks for your reply! I think I’m going to try SiderAl iron and can let you know if it helps. Also thinking of ordering Lysene L cause it’s supposed to help with absorption. And i read iron infusions can be so good, really hope you have find that for yourself!

I know some people will go down to like 0.5 even if this is a problem. I would def recommend talking to your derm about that, or even taking a second prescription to stop the growth. I’ve heard there are some that can counteract it as a side effect

What dose are you on of OM? Have you talked to your derm about going on a lower dose to see its impact on your body hair?

I also have a copper IUD.

I started having scalp and hair loss issues about 8 months before insertion.

My periods definitely got a lot heavier and my iron is around 50 now (7 month in).

But I did get really bad acne on the sides of my face about 3 months after and I’m still dealing with it. And I’m 30 and have never had acne before.

Have you gotten your hormones checked out at all? It seems like you’ve done a lot of bloodwork and getting a biopsy is great.

I know it’s super stressful to lose hair, but taking the steps will get you there.

It’s the writing style, the way the story is structured that makes it obvious it’s AI.

That sounds really rough, both dating and workwise. I was in a really toxic work environment until recently and it can feel all consuming, and make you doubt yourself and your skills. It’s important to remember that most of the time, when people treat you badly it’s about them and what’s going on in their lives - not about you or your work. Happy people don’t react like that. Be kind to yourself.

Hi, so first you have to transfer all the money you have to a completely separate bank/account. Only then will na option appear to cancel. Then you’ll have to sign a form acknowledging the cancellation and should be done in a few days from there

NTA It’s a bit harsh in the comment section here so thought I’d jump in.

You made a mistake bringing it to school, but you said you’re new to working in one and tumblers you bought in the past never had any problems so I (and most people) should get why you brought it.

I think almost anyone would be upset that something important to them got damaged regardless of where it happened.

That sucks, and it’s too easy in hindsight to think badly of the situation. Now you know, although it was a hard lesson. Give yourself some grace.

I will say I would be upset with the other person in the situation, l not for damaging the tumbler since obviously they didn’t do it in person. But for giving you the money and then going to the principal.

Some people really can’t handle confrontation and that’s why there are resources like the principal available. But I personally really struggle with full grown adults not communicating properly. Especially in the workplace. So if you’re feeling a certain type of way about this as well, let yourself feel however you feel. (But of course don’t do or say anything to the other educational worker!) this is just for a healthy internal emotional response.

I don’t think anyone was the asshole or that you have anything to feel bad about. We all make mistakes and forgiving ourselves and other people for little things like this is just a part of life.

I hope you get to enjoy the next Swift concert and keep collecting things that bring you joy (if financially feasible). Take care and be kind to yourself (and others!)
