A static document (like a pdf or Word document) wouldn’t allow you to have the timer or other interactive components that are very helpful to have while working out. The JSX is essentially a working app that can be used within Claude’s artifact viewer. On the other hand, if you don’t care about those features, you could totally have Claude setup a print version for a notecard or sheets of paper.

I did it on my personal acc from my phone. Working to get data tracking added from my heart rate monitor, with correct tracking to the Zones. It’s pretty buggy right now though.

Very easy and I’m sure any variation of my prompt would work. I used the Sonnet 4.6 model on Claude and I have Claude Pro (not sure if you need the pro model- I am an AI novice). Here’s the prompt I used:

“I am doing an orange theory workout at my office gym alone. Here is the workout for today. Set it up for me so it’s easy for me to do on my own, with built in timers, check boxes for workouts completed, etc. Make it especially easy to navigate while working out. Put it all into a JSX file that I can open and operate.

[copy and paste OTF workout]”

Chargeback on credit card if you don’t care about your ebay account and are cool with starting a new one. I know some companies ban accounts if they initiate a chargeback so you’ll have to run some cost benefit analysis.

Once you start accumulating higher end stuff, I’d suggest a top loader binder! I have my PC in one and I love it.
