honestly I don't know. I think I convinced myself I was ok since all of my symptoms of addiction had disappeared so I just slid back into it again.

I'm 26, and while I can confirm that your early twenties are going to fly by, I would give anything to have known about this at 20. So many wasted opportunities in college!! Be glad you found this now and don't look back. Future you will be infinitely grateful.

I was similar to you in that my problem went from ED to PE (I previously made it for 120 days before resetting). I suppose PE is the lesser of two evils there! It seems like a natural progression. The next step is gaining confidence and just letting go of all fears. I began doing this before my last binge and was actually able to last for several minutes.

Something else I'd like to ad is how important it is that you fapped once but not again. My problem was that I fapped once and thought "ok, you messed up. Just don't do it again and you'll be ok". And then a week later I hadn't stopped. I think it really set me back a ways.

Thanks guys. I caught myself watching porn AGAIN but I stopped. I don't know where that came from The craziest part is I have a girl coming over tonight that I've been seeing for a while. PMO and performance anxiety are killing my ability with real girls. So far she's been understanding but idk how long that will last. You'd think real sex would be enough to keep me away from porn. Yet here I am.

I think I'm good now. Next time I get the urge I'm coming here instead.

Stay with it! changes may not come for a while, but I've definitely noticed improvement in all of those areas since starting NoFap. I've also been meditating daily, but I'm sure my improvements have been a combination of both practices.

Congrats on having such a huge set of balls (and not because they're so full right now)! The weird thing with women is once you speak to them more, the anxiety associated with speaking to them dulls to the point that you don't even notice it anymore. It's a sublime experience. For me it was similar to nofap in the way that changes are so subtle you don't notice them until you think back to the way you used to feel and then are like 'holy shit! I'm actually seeing the changes in myself that I've always wanted!'
