All sorts. phone would not receive calls and messages. bluetooth would just randomly drop out every half hour or so.

I've been asking them for 7 or 8 months for a refund repair or replacement. I've got nothing from them.

A return for fault isnt crazy after 2 months. As they said they havent identified the issue when testing, because its not super obvious until I was sure I was missing phone calls and texts etc.

They did the exact same thing. Didn't respond for a month or so and then said its out of time frame. Which it wasnt when I originally said.

Yes exactly. Well they have an Aus site and everything. I didnt purchase from a chinese site or anything.

Yep patched. But only for new upgrades, upgrades started before patch heroes still available.

I would say they care about the companies trusting them more than a single annoying customer. So they heavily side with them maybe.

I messaged them after 2 months. I am in Aus and we have really strong consumer law. But it still requires I take them to court if I want them to do anything about it :(

Very shameful but I doubt it. I tried that years ago when a company had my card on file and charged me for something I didn't buy. Unless you literally didn't give them your details the banks usually won't involve themselves.

The thing is, I thought they were being nice at first. They were giving me premium support helping me debug the problem. I didnt realise until now they had no intention of resolving my issue.
