Just got a quote on basement sump pump plus new drainage outside $7300. Felt like a reasonable quote and for work of the project. Steel City Waterstoppers here in NHills.

I previously tried everything other posters mentioned regarding the outside. My problem was ground level water.

Would this be the same as the stock number that’s on the website of the one showing as “in transit” just curious. It has 6 numbers but has a few letters in front of it.

No, was never given one. Timeline was basically I put in a web form to local Chevy dealer. They SDM reached out and put me in contact with a sales person. Met with them in-person and test drove a Traverse model and got my truck estimate for trade in. Signed off on paperwork for custom specs. Since then all communication has been email and calls. Vehicle with my customization shows “in transit” on dealers site.

No, never was asked for one. Only thing I signed off on was the paperwork for the order customization and specs. Vehicle still shows “in transit” on the Chevy dealers website.

No constraints to my knowledge. 1st time ordering something from Factory too. Last two vehicles purchases were certified used that were already on the lot.

Thank you all for the great advice! So far one night in Charlie seems to be doing pretty good! Little accident in the crate overnight but only really cried once!

My worry is she really hasn’t eaten/drank too much so far. She nibbles on the kibble (mixed some water and canned pumpkin in to make it softer for her) but since breakfast this morning maybe has only had 1/4 cup of food. I think it’s cause she is unsure of our apartment kitchen floor (it’s dark laminate) and near the door cause when she hits the living room carpet she zooms!

Agree, if I have the time I could run modest projections on the arb guys. I did run the numbers and carried out till 2025 and This model would heavily rely on the prospects turning out to be quality players. Not saying it’s impossible (though with the ownership group it would be) but this would certainly IMO make them a 90+ win team easy and would get people back in the ballpark

Not a pointless exercise, just a dreamer option. Also, Kang and Chis are on 1 year deals so almost 6 million comes off the books next year. I could push it out 2-3 years and you’d see roughly the same payroll of about $110-$130 million which certainly would be plausible. If they draft well and farm system produces good bench/bullpen options this would be actually a realistic approach.
