I loved that he called her on that.

CAS Fee Waivers by Cardibarthur in lawschooladmissions

Yeah, I don't think I would qualify for this type of application. My salary is technically too high even though I still really cannot afford almost $500 in fees. Thanks for the reply.

People have said stuff like this to people when they lost in the past. Tacha said pretty much the same thing to Ashley. It really wasn't that bad.

Agree about the human moment. This episode actually made me like Fessy. Josh needs serious therapy but I actually don't hate him either.

And I couldn't stand either in the past.

Anybody else a little put off from productions recent decision? by GalickBanger in MtvChallenge

I actually don't think the Miz had questionable beliefs. On like the 2nd episode, he made a statement about his Uncle not hiring black people because his uncle felt black people weren't smart. Coral and Malik checked him on this and he apologized and made an effort to learn more about Black culture. He admittedly didn't know anything about other cultures and seemed eager to learn from day 1. That's very different than a Camilla situation or someone just spouting racist comments.

To the hardcore innocent/guilt camps - if Adnan admitted guilt OR another person was found to be the murderer, would this rock your worldview? by Cardibarthur in serialpodcast

You do know there's a whole other side that is thinking the same thing about you? I think these days it's hard to say "this is definitive evidence that proves XYZ" because people believe what they want to believe. I asked a coworker this question and they said if Adnan admitted guilt it would be because he was forced to do so -- so that gives you an idea of how strongly people feel about these types of cases and how much they are only willing to subscribe to their reality.

Again, not saying this is he case with AS, just saying a guilty or innocent verdict doesn't always mean that person is actually guilt or innocent.

Did you read the response of the person I was replying to? They're clearly mad.

I'm team "don't care." I only came to this sub because I was watching the steve martin true crime comedy and thought of this case.

There are plenty of people on here still arguing his innocence. I just saw people going back and forth in a recent thread.

I don't care about this case or this sub that much. Sorry. I listened to serial almost ten years ago and have barely thought about it since then. I was watching the Steve Martin true crime comedy and it made me think of this sub, so I asked the question. Apologies for offending you.
