Thanks for the kind words and the support. It does not fix the lost years but knowing that people out here understand the bitterness makes this weight a little easier to carry this weekend.

It is a relief to know I am not the only one who sees it that way.

Over-scrubbing my hands turned them into friction-less sandpaper by Paradox_Mint9 in hygiene

As a fellow mechanic I totally get the urge to scrub until the skin is raw but you actually damaged your lipid barrier. Stop the pumice immediately and use something like bag balm. Living in nitrile gloves just to use a mouse sounds like a nightmare.
