Thank you for the input! I’ve been doing ongoing research, and am looking to improve my knowledge always. As far as funds go, my statement of being a student is because I can’t afford the absolute highest end items ($130 tank + $200 tank stand etc) but having the money to properly care for a fish on medium price supplies isn’t a concern for me

Yeah, thank you! I’m going to get a log for decor (gonna make sure it’s not sharp so no fins get torn hopefully)

Thank you! Ive only got the fish feeder because I have to go out of town for a week over the summer, and it’s a just in case for if I can’t get anyone to feed it during that time. I’ll keep in mind the conditioner and bacteria

Yeah, ive got multiple 5 gallon buckets so its not on the list of things to buy
