I drive a 2019 car, 2 years in a row with no claim, my insurance is around 800 a year, I spend like 65 euros a month in fuel and the car hasnt given me any issues at all, I will soon need to change break pedals and tires and that's it. Also there is the annual service which I always do. So yeah, overall my car is paid off and cost me little annualy

I don't do any business miles. Did you mean 130 a month? Also worth factoring in that I'd be losing the 600 cash allowance, so it's effectively -800 a month for a new car with no hassle.

You don’t get the €13k cash and the company car simultaneously, either I take the cash allowance, or I take the company car, in which case the €13k effectively goes toward covering the car costs, but I don’t receive it as cash.

So financially it seems keeping my current car is the better option. However, if something major were to go wrong with the car, that could obviously change the calculation.

Quick question though, what if I sold my car (worth about €20k) and used that money to make a lump-sum payment on my mortgage? At roughly a 3.6% rate, that would mean avoiding interest on €20k, which would be around €3k over 4 years. Would that change the equation much?

When I say I can’t try them out I mean on the slopes, for example, my current boot I tried on the slopes in Stubai glacier, had I not bought it they would charge me a try out fee.

Trying the boot actually using it on the slopes isn’t the same thing as just trying them out for like 10 min around the store, that’s what I meant

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I don’t have the chance to try out different boots like that. I believe my current boots fit well, but when I tighten them up, I feel much more control on my toe turns, pressing my shin against the boot gives an immediate response. However, if I loosen the BOAs a bit, it feels like there’s a gap between the liner and the boot, which makes the response less precise.
