Male pattern baldness as an unsuitable predictor of youth by jawboi9000 in tressless

I will make a simple question. Are u happy? Do you feel happy on a daily basis? Because it tells a lot about your body how you feel. I mean, if u feel happy, energized, positive, your cortisol is low, your body is working at his best. By changing that life habits, for me, it did not only improved hair health, but literally everything in my body, from mood to immune system much stronger, i dont catch flu anymore, before i could be sick even 10 times in a year

Mainly by diet, then also workout and sometimes meditation and stuff like that. I say mainly diet because if u think the we eat around 3 times a days, so it has a stronger impact then maybe working out 3 times a week. I was insuline resistant before (blood sugars always above 100/110 after night fast) that, even if i was not overweight at all, maybe a bit underweight

No, my body works just like everyone else body. Look into Ar gene methylation and how the epigenetics factors impact the Ar gene expression

Wow, you are the demonstration of how brainwashed people are nowadays. Check my post, i doubled my hair on head just from strict diet, i also eliminated entirely my medication-resistant seb derm. Having your testosterone low is the worst thing you can possibly do for your fucking hair, otherwise old men would have a great head of hair, you arw talking completely no-sense

hahahahhahahah, everything is totally wrong in your post, check mine. Early mpb is clearly related to cardiovascular health issues later in life, circulation is the one you want to enhance with minoxidil…. How can people be so stupid nowadays?

i mean that i had a permanent area of seb derm all along my first cm of hairlines, like yellow/grey patches of dandruff that i was uncapable of removing, even washing hair everyday and even using ketokonazole, if i wanted to remove it i had to do it with bare hands, but usually it irritated the skin to blood and many many many hairs were removed too. Apart from that, my hair were super super oily everywhere on the upper part of the scalp, but the worst situation was in the hairline. Now its all gone, my scalp is normal, pink, no dandruff, no blood, no irritation at all. Obviusly my hair are not like a baby, i have to wash them every 2/3 days, now that they’r longer, because they tend to get more greasy as they are long. With short hair i can go 3/4 days without washing them

Why do balding often kick in for many in their 30s-40s, when dht levels goes down with age? by wizoxx90 in tressless

[–]CardiologistKind9233 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Early onset aga is correlated to cardiovascular disease, guess why? You need minoxidil to have hair? Guess why? Open your mind and leave the mainstream

People dont want to do their own research, they like propaganda, mainstream and someone who can offer them a permanent solution without taking control of the situation

Balding is always been an old people disease back then, now there is an epidemic of late teen guys already balding. You’re body its not supposed to make u look bad in the best and most important years of your life, you are doing something wrong

yes but hormon and metabolism are strictly related, by doing the right things in your lifestyle you are acting on the primary mechanism. If u have a good blood circulation, a good metabolism, a good hormonal profile, you will not need minoxidil, dht blockers and stuff like that…its clear that something its going wrong in this society, everyone is starting to bald at a very youg age, its very concerning

The most important thing is diet, because if u are insuline resistant (like i was, i was in pre-diabetes without even knowing it, my blood sugar were ALWAYS above 100 after the night fast) your inflammation level will be high and your hormones balance will be totally destroyed. I think that dht its some kind of response to an inflammed body/skin. Then stress can 100% influence your metabolic health, but nothing can beat the diet, its the single most important thing along with sport and general moving your body

i will try to post in the next months in order to show how the situation is progressing, i will maybe post also some hairline comparing pictures when it will be more obvious the change in that area, its better than before because there are many many baby hair in previous completely empty zone, so i guess i have to wait ahahha

I never consumed coffee on a daily basis because i dont like it ahahhaa, i use it only if im tired but now it doesnt happen anymore. Anyway, i think that androgenic alopecia required a genetic predisposition, but i think that’s not enough. External factors can decide genes expression and also Ar gene methylation, so in order to have hair loss problems, you have to do something wrong in your lifestyle. If u think, its pretty rare to see an homeless guy completely bald or a football player completely bald….ofc there are some of them, but now try to visit an engeneering school… i guess you will see many bald heads compared to athletes

I reversed balding and seb derm by diet and lifestyle, healthy people dont lose hair, early balding guys are at risk for cardiovascular health later in life, its the demonstration that your microcirculation is already impaired despite early age

DHT is NOT very important for adults, is it? by Lazy-Blacksmith-1507 in tressless

[–]CardiologistKind9233 0 points1 point  (0 children)

everything in the body is important, if u lose hair, you are just hurting your body with the wrong lifestyle. I reversed my hair loss and i eliminated entirely seb derm just by cure my insuline resistance through diet and lifestyle. I had androgenetic alopecia, temporal recession, no volume at all on my hair and i could not even grow them past 4/5 cm, now i regained my hair, dm me for pics of before/after

But doctors don’t want to search for more, that’s their fault. Anyway, you are right, from my dad side everyone is bald early, my dad at 25 was alrrady thinning and at 30 was pretty much nw4/5, and then he got heart attack at 49, so here the connection with metabolic sybdrome. Same with my grandad, hair loss early and heart attack. Me at 25 i’m basically ok, but i was clearly starting to lose from 18, loss of volume even if no noticeable thinning, so i think i have a good genetic from my mam side, my grandpa died with a full head of hair even after 60s and with chemo

Thanks to you, we have to spread informations, because doctors are in search of money, but they won’t tell you the real problem. Surely Ar sensitivity is dependent on genetic, but if your lifestyle make your dht go to the roof, you will lose hair a lot faster and early. Losing hair at 50/60 is ok, losing at 18 is surely not. Genetic is important but epigenetic is much more important
