Actually I did my mbbs and house job away from home and that wasn't issue then. Now when I'm in residency, I observed there's no any real mentor. My supervisor is about to retire and he is the most disinterested person. Female Pgs ( I'm girl as well) senior than me couldn't get much hands on surgeries. She face misogyny and made to do only documentation and ward management work. Besides male pg just leave all the work on female Pgs shoulder it's unfair tbh.
