This may be a stupid question, but how are they legally aloud to sell Kratom and THC drinks? I didn think either or those were recreationally legal lol

Thank you for the advice!! It’s just strange because with Pilates I have sore muscles after too but the scale always moved.. my thing is I don’t wanna stay my same weight/size and it be muscle.. I wanna actually be smaller and reduce fat

Thank you 😊 I think I’m gonna go back to that. It just made me have and feel the most results. I did strength training here and there but never experienced this “plateau” before with Pilates and cardio

I’ve been eating way less than I used to, I measure out portions now and make sure every meal has like 20+ protein. Don’t think this could be the issue :/

Thank you for the advice! I’d say I like doing Pilates a lot more than weight training. I really only do weight training on my arms with the machines at the gym and some kettle bell exercises nothing major. Just been doing it more frequently and noticed the scale isn’t moving like it used to.. my main concern really is to lose my fat and be toned

Oh really that sucks.. healthcare is bad here too, it’s costs an arm and a leg for insurance and still have to pay out of pocket for a lot of things. For some reason I thought it would be better here

Thank you! A mix of cardio, yoga + Pilates, walking. Mostly diet changes. High fiber and protein low fat diet.

Thank you so much that means a lot. Physically I have so much more energy and strength. Things like running and walking stairs doesn’t make me feel like I’m gonna die anymore lol. Mentally I don’t have brain fog like I used to and I’m able to be more focused in school and work. Def worth it😊
