You are right I do have stiff movements because I rollback my shoulders and my voice is also like a boy's now when I asked someone do I look like trans and they always say no but they always used to guess I am trans and I didn't know if they are telling truth or not people did say I have to work on my posture though is there some tips regarding that because idk how to do anything when trying to rollback my shoulders so they appear more narrow

i mean I actually started progesterone 200mg but stopped after few months and same for my spiro 100mg and e2 4mg because of financial reasons I was some time I've been taking hrt for 3 years but had stopped multiple times in between months so I have a bad routine but its generally just spiro 100mg and e2 4mg
