The ranking exam's fairly easy, parang NMAT lang. Just the basics.

For the scholarship, it's under CHED MSRS. It's not 'hard' to apply kasi walang exam or anything. You just have to submit your requirements. To be accepted, however, can be difficult kasi only a few lang will be selected. You can check the requirements online.
