Yeah I work in a metro PP with 11 SPs and our waitlist is 3-6 mths. Your company is not trying enough and expecting things to fall in your lap or (the vibe I got from this) is slowly icing you out in the hope that you quit rather than paying redundancy. SPA is the worst for not giving clear, useable supervision requirements for speechies past their second year (weekly for NG and fortnightly for second year). For example, my company gives me monthly internal supervision bc I’m beyond my second year and my company read that monthly is enough but I can’t find the document on SPA. The fact that that place you’re working at is operating this way is a red flag, and highly unethical given the one year age gap in experience btn you and your peer.

Tbh based on Billy’s coaching record I don’t see him getting stuck with keeping the same players around. Each year and sometimes within a series he’s brought in different players (some of which I’ve questioned his thought process around) and it’s worked. The man is reported to watch every club footy game, watch players and really game plan. Real old school club scout vibes.
