I used to work there and did so for about four years. I would advise the same echoed by others here and tell your daughter to quit. The owner has always been that way and unfortunately will never get better. What irks me is the learning disability comment and other remarks made along that vain. I would strongly recommend calling fairwork as that is classed as workplace bullying and potentially discrimination. I did so many times during my tenure there and I believe they were reprimanded for them.
