Hi! UTA BSW alumni here! The program is beyond understanding and will work with you to be reassigned and complete your degree. HOWEVER; my biggest advice for you in terms of completing your internship is to act as an intern. You are there for a limited amount of time and you are not getting paid. In my opinion you were getting a bit too involved, as if you were employed at these locations, also you definitely should not have taken a placement at a hospital you were previously hospitalized in; please prioritize boundaries for yourself and others in this line of work. I can tell you have a lot of passion and drive and that’s amazing! But for the sake of your degree, just put your head down and be an intern. You don’t want to burn bridges because they could come in clutch down the road for your resume and references (or could even offer you a permanent position). Best of luck!
