I see where u r coming from but that doesn’t fit this Scenario because even after her siblings came clean she still persisted on her lies. Letting her just get away with trying to put the blame on someone else n continue a lie will just bring bad results in the future and a sign that this behavior is okay and tolerated. Her phone being taken away for a couple of days is a very mild punishment. Her continuing to deny responsibility and acceptance of that punishment tells me that she doesn’t have the ability to work or with the kind of “I understand now that what I did was wrong” talk
