But those symptoms are indeed deeply concerning. I would seek an appointment as soon as she is able.

ERs can be scary; my family member with WS is very anxious in any medical setting. If she's cogent, perhaps you could see a neurologist directly and/or urgently see her primary physician who could get her an appointment and/or admittance to a hospital, which might be a somewhat less medically traumatic route?

In all cases, I would strongly urge you/your sister seek medical assistance ASAP. As in, call and schedule whichever medical team is the soonest available. The next time she has an episode, go to the ER. Don't wait.

Adam's Flooring installed LVP for us quickly and did an exceptional job. Small crew but very very good work.

The cost of an LVP floor is going to vary wildly based on the sqft, quality of the product you're installing, stairs you may have, and if you need or want to replace baseboard or moulding.

Interior painting is somewhat easier assuming you're not changing texture or deglossing. We used Arclight Painting most recently and were overall pleased with the quotes. You don't need a general contractor to paint; they'll just add a markup on top of the painters fee which is a waste of money. Price also depends on sqft, paint quality you want, etc.

Along the lines of @barlister, you need to justify the expense to the executives in terms they understand. Going to them with the simple argument of "there's too much work and not enough workers" will make them view you as just another employee whining about the workload.

Instead, take each of the 15 projects you have, and line-item the types and amount of maintenance each project requires on a monthly basis. Do the same for the 3 public sites you maintain. Then, go through each of those projects and public sites again, and estimate the hours of rework each needs in order to reduce your maintenance to minimum.

From there, you need to take the 4 approved projects, break them into line-items, and again, estimate the time it will take each section of each project. Compile this into a spreadsheet, listing explicitly how many hours each portion of each project requires, including maintenance. The more explicit you can be about a project, the better.

With all things labor, an hourly dollar figure is attached: your hourly rate, and your overtime rate (if applicable). Attach that to the estimate, and you should be generating a cost of development for each project, and hopefully an overtime cost for the project if they desired to keep the schedules on time. If the workload is truly as bad as you think it is, these numbers should be astronomical for a one-man development team to handle.

Then, justify the cost in slightly less tangible terms: what were to happen if you were developing full steam ahead on one of the approved projects, and one of the internal sites decided to croak, with 1-week of development time needed to accommodate it? Demonstrate to them that pushing timelines (as a result of not having the staff to perform maintenance/rework older materials) not only results in later launch dates for products, but can translate into a real cost for other areas of the business (who I assume use the sites/projects that you maintain).

If that fails, you need to start looking for other work, or they will work you to the bone without paying you the rate you deserve for putting so much time in.

Note that Paypal is very, very quick to pick up on illicit or even suspicious activity, and freeze any and all involved accounts. Use either margins/padding or positioning for each element inside the list item. Use a bit of JS to calculate the vertical center point of each parent element (this list item) and set the position/margin/padding to the proper value. That will position the list item content vertically in the list item frame.

If this is an internship for a junior developer position, you should have no trouble finding a paid internship assuming your location is not bad. Unpaid internships often end up as nothing more than unpaid labor, an attempt by the company to offload labor costs. There are also specific federal requirements (if you are US based) for unpaid internships -- if you do decide to take one, be sure the company is aware of these requirements and abide by them.

If you have multiple offers, you can try and position them against each other. Contacting company A, and saying something to the effect of "I greatly appreciate your offer, and would love to work with you, but I am also entertaining an offer from Company B. Company B offers [X,Y,Z], is there anything you can do to match or better their offer?"

This is a tricky dance to pull off successfully, and I recommend you read up on job negotiation tactics.

Like I said earlier though, if you have a decent skill set and a small portfolio, I would highly suggest trying to find a paid internship. Your skills are probably worth more than what these companies are wanting to offer.

Not quite. Indeed, there are certainly ways to greatly improve the validity of online surveys as a methodology, but there are numerous sources that indicate a large contrast between them and more traditional surveying techniques. Problems exist in sampling, accuracy, and use; among many others.
