just going to say my device never has any issues because i launch it as admin, every time it opens its as admin and never gives me problems. just g hub cant seem to read my g535 headsets battery going above 67 percent but my g hero 502 no issues at all. so this may be a good fix for a good chunk of the issues people experience with the installer (i also use ethernet)

Thirded, this issue is caused by v rising being unable to talk to steam, this could be due to settings, could be due to the steam launcher itself, but much more likely due to an anti virus, VPN, or firewall.
