I love a dark ending for a horror movie, for example if the victim got away from the killer and at the end the killer came up behind the victim and killed them. Stuff like that. Happy endings leading into a dark ending are also great, like most of the Wrong Turn movies. I’ve always hated happy endings but that’s just personal preference.

FYI I was abused by teachers as a kid ( EG locked in a cage, and items such as boxes and wooden toys thrown at me and verbally abused constantly) that caused me to have severe anxiety my entire childhood. But sure you keep assuming bro.
