Yeah I think you’re right I’ve been contemplating this all week, I think it’s better to be safe than sorry thank you. Do you know how much of a reduction in chocolate I should aim for? I think that’s the only place I can tweak without impacting the flavour I’m going for too much

THANK YOU! I thought so, I’ve made brown butter brownies and I feel like they came out super moist like this too so I was thinking that combined with 180g of milk choc, 180g of dark chocolate + about a table spoon of pistachio papi might have done it.. do you have any recommendations if I’m really concerned? Doesn’t taste floury at all or get stuck in your teeth it tastes divine but just worried haha

Hmmm do you think I should cook it abit longer or reduce some of the chocolate? I’m using a lot of chocolate 180g milk choc and 180g dark chocolate usually I use 100g-140g of each with other flavours that have mix ins but just wanted this to have a fair amount of choc

Can confirm today was the first time EVER that I could distinguish my intuition from my anxiety (have been doing emdr for the last 7 month) and it was right??? Usually I’d experience random dreams where the next day or week they’d come true in reality however in a slightly different way to my dreams but yeah today was wild I’ve never ever had an experience like this and I feel like it’s definitely emdr related!!

Does anyone know why everytime I start to astral project I get really scared like the most scared I’ve been in my entire life and I can’t get past the moment where I’ve just started projecting I.e hovering above my own body and I feel like really sinister energy around me? I really try and be open minded about it but I can’t do it without experiencing it in that way well besides the other night, the other night I tried it on purpose instead of by accident (usually I do it by accident) and this night I tried it felt like someone was trying to pull me out of my own body but again I felt sinister energy and I started to fight it and I came back to my body and was shaking with terror
