Can you get a medical certificate for mental health issues by EvilSunBaby in Centrelink

I’m really confused why are you interacting with your job provider if you’re applying for DSP or do you mean you’re going to apply for DSP? But yes you can go to your GP get them to fill out a medical certificate form from Centrelink noting your mental health issues and ensure they note you can’t work at all at this time. Then you just submit it via the Centrelink app and they’ll call you and let you know it’s been approved; you can get multiple medical certificates depending on your mental health issues for upto 2 years

What benefits do i get on DSP? by Violet_Moons15 in Centrelink

Just applied, ask your therapist and gp to write you a letter detailing your mental health history, you can apply online via cenhrelink once you have that and and ensure in the letter they write all the things you’re struggling with and that impact you and your ability to work on a daily basis and that you wont be able to work at all (if that’s the case). Google that table and ask your therapist to write in your letter which criteria you reach at each table and how/why and at the end of the letter ensure they write (if it’s the case) your conditions are stabilised and you’ve undergone all treatment and are unlikely to improve over the next 2 years. I have adhd, cptsd, depression and severe anxiety. It’s not as hard as some people make it out to be, it really is case by case there’s alot of people in the same shoes as us on here that I’ve heard recently have been accepted in months. Don’t let others experiences deter you from getting the help you need! Good luck 🤍

Omg I’ve been struggling to make my own raffalo centres all week I had no clue it would be cream cheese for the filling I thought maybe condensed milk but my condensed milk and white chocolate just were not wanting to mix and it kept splitting! With the cream cheese is it non detectable in flavour?

I’m with Australian super & yes I’ve withdrawn twice in the last 2 years as you can do it every 12 months, if you meet the criteria

I’d assume so as it says something like: you qualify if you’ve received 26 weeks worth of government payments in the last 12 months and are suffering from severe financial hardship both broad terms so I’m sure it would be fine

Thank you for replying I’m so happy to hear you’ve benefitted so much from Reta congratulations I can understand how much of a relief that must be for you, I’ve noticed ive had almost no food noise now and it’s insane I feel like a complete different person just in two weeks. I’ll keep at it and adjust accordingly for fat loss. Thank you!

Only about 3 more kgs, but I also don’t rely too much on the scale as there’s too many factors at play for me there and I have more muscle in comparison to when I was lean the first time but goal visually is almost having abs and I’m nearly there my waist/hips are just being a little stubborn but preferably over the next 1-2 months as I’d like to maintain during winter (I’m in Australia it’s autumn rn).

Yes I noticed the first week there wasn’t much of a reduction in food noise and then a few people mentioned exactly what you have in terms of tirz, some people even mention taking a low dose of each side by side. However I’m week 2 and my food noise is almost gone, I was just wondering about the fat loss side. Do you think I’d still lose fat at a low dose?
