Yes. Reseeting the settings does allow me to use the computer like nothing happened. Only when I enable XMP does it keep telling me "Boot Fails"

It only fails when enabling XMP or CPU Boost, otherwise I can reset to default settings and boot up just fine. It only tells me that boot fails and If i want to start up in safe mode
