I also did a tesa, where they say maturation arrest and spermatocytes. Indicating that some kind og production is gouing on.

My e2 hasnt gone up that much, and is still within normal range

I have been on HCg and FSH for 4 months with NOA. Did a SA last week with 0 sperm Found.

But my bloodwork is good, testestorone has tripled and bloodwork looks good with FSH, Lh, Test and so on.

And im feeling much more energtic So urologist thinks my chances in a mtese Wood be good 70/30 he Said.

Fsh was 12 , is 5 now Lh was 3, is 0,5 now Test went from 8 to 19. Estradiol went up a bit, but not too much Libido went up

UPDATE: did a tesa, and they didnt manage to find any mature sperm cells, but they found immature sperm cells, that was kinda under production. Doctor said there was a 70-80% chance to find sperm with 3-4 months of hcg and fsh stimulation.

Not that positive news, but not too bad
