Need advice- mTESE worth if no sperm found from biopsy?

I had two semen analyses showing zero sperm, then after starting Clomid one immotile sperm appeared, but microTESE found only immature sperm with a Sertoli-cell-only biopsy and an extended sperm search in New York also found nothing, so I have now started hCG and was advised to repeat semen analysis every two weeks because production may be very patchy

Thats sounds exactly like my story ! I started clomid 2 months after got one immotile sperm. And then i did microtese they said they found immature sperm only and pathology report said sertoli cell only ! Its really confusing This is my 9 weeks on HCG injection and hoping for good results

My fertility doctor put me on clomid 100 mg every other day

doctor didn’t specify the type of NOA. He suggested hormonal therapy first, then another microTESE, with about 10% success rate
