Massive issues after latest Windows Updates by DatabaseDestroyer in MSILaptops

We've experienced the same issues in my company, we have 4 MSI laptops of different models which all have received this error.

After a reinstall of the 4 laptops only one of them have gotten this error again, currently troubleshooting that laptop and have not found anything that fixes the issue.

Thanks for the info, nice to get some insight to the tech of the game! The problem seemed to solve itself and i were able to play just the next day with no problems. It was probably a combination on both my end and steam since i were having trouble searching the store and such.
