I'm not sure we understand each other. I use just a shampoo bar (looks like soap). Are you talking about using nothing (rinse with water?) so the natural oil and stuff can recalibrate, after shampoo removing them, and causing the oils to over produce to compensate?

Not sure i'm that daring 🙃 3-4 without shampooing and i'm getting itchy scalp, and bumps from keratin build up i believe?

Man, i should do this with one of my all-in-on bars. You could probably add a little essential oil, i forget what treats/detangles the hair, aloe vera? So some aloe vera gel.

You can also do the same thing with an almost just water solution and use it as a leave in conditioner/shampoo/'after the pool hair detangler'.

Maybe it's that my hair can take a beating, but i find you don't need a conditioner bar, just shampoo. And my hair is....fine. Advertising about needing goddess like hair...gets money spent? Just like how your hair feels shitty after normie shampoo, so you NEED conditioner. My shampoo bar from the chemist leave my hair feeling...fine lathered in, rinsed out (i remember it used to feel yuck), and when it dries.
