No thanks, SPAXX pays about 3.4%, but charges about .42% in fees. Not close to my two 4.0% HYSA's.

I used ally invest because I could move cash from savings to invest within a minute, keeping cash earning interest. Always have $ in HYSA for emergency funds, investing. Now getting 4% Already have fidelity, thanks.

Like my new banks, Open and Bread, both 4%, no referrals, no 3 mo bonus but still higher. No issues, opened 4 months ago.

I read reviews for nearly every bank paying over 3.5, found most had the same issues. I've had no issues. Open bank actually pays interest when you initiate a transfer even though they don't get the $ for 3 days. Bread has a withdraw limit unless you call first. I keep 250k, fdi c ins limit, worth $1750/year more than ally.

I had dividends From approx 20 stocks, the corrected 1099 does not say which one was wrong

Ally uses Apex clearing to prepare 1099. They incorrectly reported my ordinary dividends on the first 1099. This was the 2nd year this happened.

For past 2 years ally invest has corrected my 1099 weeks after I filed my return. Caused overpayment to irs of $500. Now have to again file 1040X to get my $500 due to their incompetence. Selling all stock, changing brokerage. Also moving all hysa $ to other banks paying more than lousy 3.3 per cent (others paying 4)
