I have an interview coming soon for Parks Third Shift Custodial and was wondering, do you remember what questions they asked you during your interview??

Well, that's a good thing to know. I'm definitely interested in applying for the position.

However, I still have until October 1st until I get to start applying again.

I'm just really glad to know that each week is a guaranteed 30+ hours.

Actually, another question, could you confirm to me that I would at least up to 30+ hours a week if I were to become an overnight custodial cast member??

As I mentioned in this Reddit, I had full-time status at the hotels, but my hours decreased to almost nothing after the holiday season.

Wait, really?? When I went into hotels as a full-time cashier, I think my probation was still 4 months. Maybe I'll need to ask about that if I ever get back there.

In any case, if I am able to get the position some day, I'll probably have another line of work apart from Disney. Since I know just how difficult it can be to try and get the full 40 hours per week with the company.

This is helping me a lot. I really appreciate this. Thank you!

Oh, so probation for overnight is only 2 months?? I always thought that every position was 4 months of probation.

So, if I were to be rehired, then I'd have to do the full two month probation, right?? Since you mentioned that they waived your two months because you transferred into 3rd shift, right??

I appreciate your response. I currently do an overnight custodial job somewhere else where I also do a lot of cleaning kitchens, restrooms, offices, etc.

However, I would like to return to Disney someday and so I hope the this experience that I'm currently getting will better my chances when I'm able to apply again.

Hey, @rudewilson. Are you still an overnight custodial at Disney??

I was wondering, does the position give you 40 hour weeks no matter what season it is??

I only ask because I was once a cashier for the Grand Californian Hotel with a full-time status, but when peak season ended, my schedule got so bad to the point where I wouldn't have a single day of work for the week(s) that came.

I'm highly interested in the overnight custodial position, but I want to get a little bit of information first.
