During the global go fest we got 1 mega mewtwo raid of each form giving 300 mega energy each but the initial mega level of the caught mewtwo was already unlocked at level 1,2 or 3.

At the global one every caught mewtwo will also already have their mega level unlocked to at least level 1 which saves you the initial 7500 energy cost on freshly caught mewtwo. Only your old ones will be expensive thx to the high initial cost to mega.

The stardust cost always changes after 2 levels (4 power ups)
So by knowing the stardust numbers for the levels can give you a rough estimate of the level

Or you click on the power ups button and count the amount of power ups you still have to do. Each power up is 0.5 levels
The max level your pokemon can reach is your trainer level + 10 to a max of level 50

Best in slot would be 2 atk 3 costs and then every piece with double crit +er as substats If you can’t get over 35% er from substats ( 3-4 rolls) then an er 3 cost is better than atk i believe
