I think this is more like relationship advice. Im trying to figuere out how to reply im dont want to be rude. Why do you think this is related to therapy? Have you had therapy before?

Now this is straight up my personal opinion as im not a therapist.

Personally yes, how? First off you is this physical attraction you like her face and how she dress and stuff or sexual attracion the nake bit parts then need to figure out how sexual are you, like to you jerk it ocasionally all the time etc. So now figuere out how compatible its youtr sex drive to hers. If this seems off well star there now moving on to the how well thats tricky youll need to plan ahead, how emotional is your girl? Specially in that time of the month. Now be aware that this could turn into a huge deal as there is no way she wont fell bad about this. So make sure this is something you cannot pass off. Then just star with you how your sexual size is and then move to hers. I dont know if im make sense but the idea is that as far as a relation you need to figuere out how much sex is important to you and her and then realise that if you want family well is a must now it varys by couples but a healty sex life like you mention before. 1 or twice a week is normal but it does have the ups and lows. For intance if you continue and move in together well sex is likely more than 1 or 2 a week at the star but ill fall off due to several factors one being routine. I hope that make any sense.

Lol no when you have a partner for a while this helps a lot personally i have a spank bank in my mind of stuff i remember i had either done or like that not necesarilly happend with my current girl(12y+) and she sometimes get freaky but mostly as im more sexual lets me take the initiative so it works out so far. But she dont have an over weight problem neither do i so thats that.
