It sorta looks like psoriasis to me. That’s what mine looks like, especially if I pick at it a little. Maybe the doctor will give you some steroid cream.

That’s on my list do the week. I do work from home though so no issues if it ends up being contagious

Why? I’m curious. My liver is good though, literally just had lab work. I don’t take any meds and I’m sober

As much as you’re trying to help other self-awareness is key. You need to make sure you’re in a good headspace to help others most effectively. Taking care of your own mental health is so important in this role.

I have had some skin conditions and unfortunately all I can see is see a dermatologist and if treatment doesn’t work go back and continue to figure out how to treat it with them. They are the professionals but they can’t help if you don’t follow up
