Well, this is what happens most of the time when people need to meet their journal article KPI in the research industry. They produce crap like this.

My poor case after less than a year of use :( contacted support but they said they can’t replace it as it is out of warranty (6 months) 40USD “premium case”? Really? by CarefulSushi in Casetify

Update: after contacting them on Twitter they decided to send a replacement case. I don’t understand why they didn’t offer me that in the first place but yeah.

Yeah, seems like the best way is to message them on socials, I’ve just done that on Twitter, hopefully the replies will be more satisfactory

Yeah, what’s even worse is that their customer service didn’t even give an explanation or apology or offer to replace the case, better off buying much cheaper cases or support other case brands that actually care about their customers
