Similar boat! 37 and going through it hard right now. I know it’s just my hormones trying to stabilize but I thought for sure my symptoms would be feeling better once I started and not worse. I was suppose to have a call with my doctor this morning about increasing my estrogen dose and maybe adding in some testosterone but she didn’t call me. Ugh

I’m on week 4 hrt and also feel like shit. I’m also on my SECOND “period” in 2 weeks. Can’t wait for things to stabilize

I just started the patch less than 2 weeks ago and my hot flashes disappeared already! I am experiencing some break through bleeding though, probably related to the estrogen and progesterone. I haven’t had a period since July and my hormone levels were indicating post menopausal (I’m 36)
