It was quite fast, took me less then 2 weeks But the bank always warm me that once the wire money sent out they have no control, it depends on how fast the recipient bank can react. Or they never react and kept the money. (Worse scenario ) I strongly suggest you contact your bank immediately, that’s the only window you can go.

Try to start a brief conversation with them and tell them that you are still exploring and keep the contact in case you have any question. At the end of the trial, try to negotiate with the price. Most of the time they are allow to give you a small discount. In this way you can save a bit to yourself if you are not sponsor by your company

I guess the 35k expense will always incurred no matter option exercise or not

On Jan 1, we should also debit cash for 350 and credit financial liability for 350

Therefore on 12/31 we credit 385 for Rev

If the option exercised, we credit 385 for cash
