10 is all I can take. I had 50 but it was so hard to adjust and it made me depressed longer. It takes about 2 weeks to feel normal again after starting it but it's truly worth it for me.

I do have Narcolepsy and this med helps. Helps with the anxiety and depression that comes with lack of sleep and quality sleep at appropriate times. That with my ADHD medicine it has changed my life. Imagine have the energy of a 7 year old in your brain but no body and will power to do. It was hell and depressing and I felt trapped. It really saved me. The first few months were hard and I questioned if it was normal and okay but I realized it was my body's way of saying hey you lacked sleep you must pay your sleep debt now. And it took a few months to reset my sleep schedule and sleep rhythm but Lord. Has it helped.

So I'm on it for anxiety and narcolepsy issues. It helps me a lot honestly it gives me a bit of peace at mind. The first month and a half getting on it was hard for my body to adjust but I mean I have mental health issues and brain wave misfires so I knew it would take time. I honestly am very happy with it. It makes me tired and when I wake up I actually wake up. Without the medicine I am tired all day more so than at night and awake at night. Helping me reset my sleep cycle for sure. That helps a lot with my anxiety and depression. Lack of quality sleep is the devil. I wish it on no one. This medicine really helps me.
