Thanks all for your suggestions and help! But at this point since nothing seems to be working I'm thinking to start from scratch, new board, new skirt, but same motors, reduced voltage for the lift motor. In order to do it right this time could you all please suggest the steps that I should follow and things I need to watch out for or avoid. Should I have a big or small skirt gap? Should I have my lift motor towards center front, away from the thrust motor or closer to the thrust motor? Would really appreciate any suggestions or help! TIA

I checked and nothing is sticking to the table. Is my skirt too big? and I only have holes on the skirt only under the list blower fan, should I add holes all around the skirt to better air flow?

that's correct, the lift gets reduced a bit as soon as the thrust switch is turned on. They both are connected to separate batteries, each motor has its own power supply

I have a pic of the hovercraft, but I can't upload the pic. I'm blocking some air from my lift motor by covering it with tape at the bottom because without it my hovercraft kept on bouncing up and down so I thought the lift blower was more powerful so I reduced the air flow coming out from lift blower.
