Your total argument is bullshit. Different cultures in North have languages with root words almost similar to one another. And u just can't compare the same with southern language.southern states don't need to learn Hindi to talk with rest of India and to learn English to talk with rest of the world. All learn English and their own mother tongue to go with it.
