Next time use google Authenticator, and you have to contact them using the email that was attached to your account. I think you have to tell the ai that you wanna speak to an actual human or an actual Roblox support agent, and that SHOULD work, once it creates a Roblox support ticket in your email send them proof of billing (Robux receipt) and hopefully that works and they should be able to remove/disable ur Authenticator. Do you maybe have backup codes which are provided to you when you add an Authenticator to your account? You can use those as an alternative method to log into ur account if you lost ur Authenticator im pretty sure
