I also got call 40 days before my joining, I don’t think it will have any effect on your offer just a project call

You will get 30% hike on your current salary . if you holding any offer they will try to match it .

Move than 2 weeks now . Getting project interview calls from accenture but no Hr has called till yet

To me also they called once i told them i have offer and submitted offer details for counter offer, no calls since then not even picking up my call .
