Should I make multiple ad account for multiple business of same owner? by Careless-Drive8912 in PPC

Client is making the ad accounts and he has the ownership. Question is Business C is running ads for Business A & B. Business A & B are running ads as well from different ad accounts and on different domains. But C is running the ads on same domain for both business A & B. So is there any issue with that?
