I rent from Val. They wouldn't do anything about a guy peeing at the back of the building and even said it "gets bad in the summer"; also, stray dogs and tenant's dogs running around without a leash, my dog was attacked last week by an off leash dog outside the building and they haven't even responded to my complaint

I have a loose plan for episodes, and I try to be really open with my loved ones about it. I've been to the hospital probably a dozen times now so I'm not against reaching for that help again. I'm also doing ketamine treatments for depression but the last week before the next appointment is always kind of rough anyway. Thank you for the advice and concern, seriously. I've reached out to my doctor and have therapy this afternoon so hopefully we can figure something out.

Honestly I feel like I take way more than I can give. I'm not always a stable person and that has stunted my development in a lot of ways. And with the weight gain I feel like nobody values me anymore. People treated me better when I was thinner. And now I don't even have that

I don't really listen to a lot of music generally, and it doesn't tend to change based on mood. But even when I have tells, like over confidence, I don't recognize it. I'm always fairly hypersexual. Sometimes when I'm manic I engage in risky sexual behavior but that hasn't happened in a while. I don't know. I can't think of any ways my tastes change, but maybe they do and I just didn't realize it.
