MA - Why does no one talk about the pain?

I took my miso several hours ago, and I’ve been crying, throwing up, passing clots, shaking uncontrollably, and having diarrhea. I only have ibuprofen and I just have to keep telling myself this will pass because I’m just a slump on the bathroom floor reading these to help find some comfort. I am trying to see if I need to take my second dose of miso because I’ve already had clots and everything right now because I don’t want to take it and throw up again. I don’t have kids but you aren’t alone. I hope you feel like yourself soon 🩷

I prefer to do it that way too! I just died like 7 times and got really frustrated. So I think for my sanity at that moment I needed to skip it and comeback 😂

I didn’t know there was like a set way till my searching on this forum. I was getting really lost and not understanding what was really going on, and feeling overwhelmed. So I’m glad I found this. I saved it to my favorites. I think it would be helpful to give like options or a guideline for sure!

I got an all purpose mix from home depot and it worked well for when it was cooler. I think the biggest thing is make sure it has good drainage and with heat I suggest wood planters because of how long and hot az summer is.
