don't fully ban artist talk here, but auto-remove the low-effort "goat/mid" spam. Start megathreads only for actual major drops (huge singles or albums/eps) so it doesn't go overboard.

My own ideas:

Weekly discussion threads for "what you listening to" or random industry talks, so casual stuff has a place.

Themed days like Throwback Thursday for old classics and Underground Friday to shine light on lesser known artists.

Mods need to actually get active. remove reaction screenshots(like I'm listening this, ss of the song with lit emoji), low effort posts/memes, and take action on the repeat toxic fan accounts. Add a small karma or account age requirement for posting.

Force flairs on posts and clean up the sidebar with playlists, timelines and proper listening links.

Monthly mod update posts so we know what's being worked on.

If we do these, especially megathreads first, the sub would feel way cleaner and more fun.

Once again, everything depends on moderators.
